Price Action vs Order-flow Commentary

Price action is just a representation of market micro-structure (order-flow).

What the market actually looks like

Don't get lost in the sauce looking at candle patterns. It is just time-based candlesticks. They are not the market, they help you visualise the market.

"Time-frame this, Time-frame that... Wait for the 24minute candle to close. Wait for the 17hour candle to open" Doesn't really matter.

Candlesticks just display the previous results of flow during the time periodicity within each candle.

Even if you don’t use any orderflow tools in analysis, it is still likely helpful to understand what price action is actually representing by learning it.
